This the project is aimed at the construction of a building to house the offices of the Citizens' Association, Youth Club, Neighbourhood Watch offices as well as a computer laboratory and classrooms for classes to be held. This building is also a skill training centre for our youths and even older people who wishes to utilize the programmes that will be offered. The resource centre will be a source of information and help for young minds. When this project is realized this facility will be open from 9:00am until 9:00pm this is to facilitate an evening programme that will be offered for people who work out and wishes to expand their horizon, academic or skill. This will be done by soliciting assistance from HEART to have an evening programme which will help to develop our youths skills and from other organization and individuals to develop the academic skills.

Beautification Project:

This entails the cleaning of the roads in the sector, painting of the walls that have been defaced, planting of trees, ressurrection signs for pathway as well as the sign for at the entrances of 5 West as well as fencing.

Gully Cleaning Project:

This is the cleaning of our gullies and constuction of proper concrete drainage to discourage the settlement of water which breads mosquitos.

Recreation Development Project:

This is aimed at renovating and constructing a recreational area for kids and adult alike. In a joint partnership with the Councillor Mr. Leon Thomas who have been working assiduosly with the 5 West Citizens' Association towards the development of the sector, we have initiated the mini-football field which was gracefully enhanced by the contribution from USAID. The USAID have also contributed a to 5 West Children Play area which will be further developed into a walk/green area.
