Mr. David Barnett will now be replace by Mrs. Tonian Johnson as President of 5 West Citizens' Association.

The incumbent President Mr. David Barnett will demites the office effective Sunday Janauary 31, 2009 at 8:00am.

He will be replaced by the incumbent Vice President Mrs. Tonian Johnson. This move will see Mr. Raymond Sharpe being installed as the 1st Vice President and Garrett Bell incumbent Assistant Treasurer as 2nd Vice President.

Miss Sadie Hollingsworth incumbent member without portfolio will be the New Assistant Treasurer. The other members remain the same.
